the super clean room featured fantastic amenities like a coffee machine and a fridge stocked with fresh milk. i was thrilled to find white company toiletries and a smart tv in my room!
upon arrival, i found one of the windows wouldn't close completely. this was especially concerning as there were large groups of youths outside the window.

I stayed in a super clean room and found it decorated to a high standard. The staff was happy to give recommendations for local eateries. Easy access to the town was a short walk up the street. The hotel provided quiet environment, I experienced no rowdy guests.
I found the staff member was rude. It tainted my stop over. Perhaps some lessons in hospitality would not go amiss.

Acceptable Stay with Unresolved Issues

The location was good, with easy access to nearby attractions.
The window in my room did not close properly, and this caused a big problem. A large group of youths gathered right outside. The staff moved me to another room, but then the owner wanted me to move back after it supposedly was fixed. the window was just screwed shut and I was unhappy with the situation.

parking was straightforward because i had told them i was coming. i was greeted in the car park. the room was lovely. it had a coffee machine and fresh milk.
i booked two nights to celebrate my anniversary. one of the windows could not be shut. i was not happy with the students outside the room.
